User Agreement

Welcome to Fevic. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Fevic mobile application ("App", "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Fevic, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
Fevic is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. By using Fevic, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The App is not directed to individuals under 18, and users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service
Fevic is a personal body skin journal that allows users to:

• Upload daily body skin images

• Record and track personal skin condition changes

• Review visual timelines of skin condition history

• Generate basic statistical insights based on recorded entries

The App is provided for personal informational and journaling purposes only.

3. User Content
You retain ownership of any images, notes, and records you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant Fevic a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree that:

• You will only upload content you own or have permission to use

• You will not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content

• You are responsible for the content you upload

• You understand uploaded content may include sensitive personal images

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Upload content that violates any law or regulation

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service

• Use the App in a way that harms other users or the platform

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these rules are violated.

5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Fevic is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to how your data is handled.

6. No Medical Advice
Fevic is not a medical application. The information, records, and statistics provided within the App are for personal tracking purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Fevic available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fevic shall not be liable for:

• Loss of uploaded content

• Personal decisions made based on app data

• Service interruptions

• Data loss or security breaches beyond reasonable control

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, features, and software, remain the property of Fevic and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement. You may also stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
